Do I need an appointment?
Yes. We always recommend an appointment, especially after-school hours and
around holidays – If your child has special needs, or has a hard time getting his or her haircut, please let the receptionist know to allow your stylist extra time.
What is the best way to approach my child’s first haircut?
Build excitement by talking about how fun it is to get your haircut
Come in 15 minutes before your appointment so your child can relax and
enjoy our play roomTry not to rush in at the last minute to avoid stress on your child
Don’t forget to bring your camera or video camera along to capture the special moment!
How can I ensure my child’s hair will look great for a big event?
Haircuts look even better a week into their growth. We recommend scheduling haircuts one to two weeks prior to an occasion or holiday
How do I get rid of “cradle cap”?
Use a proper shampoo – for example Paul Mitchell’s Tea Tree Oil Shampoo – and a soft toothbrush 2-3 times per week
