Do I need an appointment?

  • Yes. We always recommend an appointment, especially after-school hours and
around holidays – If your child has special needs, or has a hard time getting his or her haircut, please let the receptionist know to allow your stylist extra time.

What is the best way to approach my child’s first haircut?

  • Build excitement by talking about how fun it is to get your haircut

  • Come in 15 minutes before your appointment so your child can relax and
    enjoy our play room

  • Try not to rush in at the last minute to avoid stress on your child

  • Don’t forget to bring your camera or video camera along to capture the special moment!

How can I ensure my child’s hair will look great for a big event?

  • Haircuts look even better a week into their growth. We recommend scheduling haircuts one to two weeks prior to an occasion or holiday

How do I get rid of “cradle cap”?

  • Use a proper shampoo – for example Paul Mitchell’s Tea Tree Oil Shampoo – and a soft toothbrush 2-3 times per week
